Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from EagleEyes.com, you may return it with a valid proof of purchase for a complete refund (less S&H), or exchange, within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that without a valid proof of purchase, your return may not be accepted.
If you received your Eagle Eyes® product as a gift from EagleEyes.com, it may be sent back for exchange only.
Warranty
Our 12- month warranty covers manufacturer’s defects (in material or workmanship). If damaged due to shipping, you have 30 days after receipt of goods to return. Upon return of the damaged product, EEO will gladly replace product with an identical style or style of equal value. This warranty does not apply to any defect or damage caused by improper use of our product.
This warranty does not cover: scratches on sun lenses; damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of the product; unauthorized modifications or repairs; normal wear and tear as well as any issue connected to the prescription lenses.
How to Make A Claim:
If you purchased any Eagle Eyes product from an Authorized Dealer, you must contact the dealer for any returns or exchanges.
Please note that a valid proof of purchase will be needed to assess a warranty claim.
To make a claim, please contact our Customer Service at 800.675.8424 to request an RMA #. Our agents will then email or mail you a return label. If defective product is determined to be under warranty, it will be replaced with a new one. If the product is discontinued, an exchange of equal value or coupon for the purchase price paid will be given to be used for a new order.
