It’s a fact that driving gets more dangerous at dusk, dawn, in inclement weather (like rain, snow, or fog), and even more deadly after dark. While motorists only do one quarter of their driving at night, that’s when fifty percent of traffic fatalities occur. In fact, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, road fatalities triple after the sun sets.
Eagle Eyes’ night vision glasses with Night-Lite® technology are designed to help filter out and reduce high-intensity glare and soften harsh lights from oncoming cars, streetlights and billboards, while enhancing clarity and definition at night. This helps to improve your ability to detect and distinguish objects and fight temporary night blindness and eyestrain while driving after dark. Night-Lite® technology also works to enhance visual definition and contrast in conditions like dusk, dawn, rainy, hazy or foggy weather.

Our light yellow, Night-lite® lens filters are perfectly formulated to allow in the optimal percentage of visible light at night and in low light conditions, while reducing high-intensity glare, and enhancing clarity and definition. Concurrently, our anti-reflective coating works to fight temporary night blindness and eyestrain while driving after dark.
VLT of 1% means very dark glasses and a VLT of 100% means all the light is getting through and the lens is therefore a ‘clear lens’. The percentages shown above are approximate based on our lab test results in a controlled environment. They are subject to change based on different variables.
