Trilenium® Sunglass Lens Technology
It started with cutting-edge polarized technology that NASA created to protect their astronauts’ eyes while living and working in space. Today, this same technology is the foundation of our Trilenium® polarized sunglasses. Trilenium® lens technology is designed to block blue light and 99.9% of harmful solar radiation, while expanding your vision.

I've worn eagle eyes for years and years.. love the bolt sunglasses.. although I WISH EAGLE EYES would go back to it's original formula.. I've got several pairs of vintage from way back . The formula was quite a bit darker.. although even with the changes through the years my modem bolt sunglasses NOBODY COMES CLOSE TO THE VISION .. Pro driver thanks eagle eyes your the best !
Not that I've EVER paid $300 for sunglasses, but I have worn a pair of Judy Project, marketed specifically for biking, that run about $350 and they were good, yet these are on par. At first glance they looked flimsy and ill constructed, but I've been wearing Eagle Eye's (Freedom Aviators) for over a year and they have been stellar in performance and durability. I really appreciate the quality of polarization from the TriLenium7 lens. My skepticism was availed after wearing them on a bike a ride. They're light, comfortable and stay in place. Most of all- by far the best feature- is the way they funnel the sweat from my brow down the bridge of my nose rather than allowing it to dribble all over the lens or in my eyes as so many other sports brand sunglasses do. This means I don't have to stop in the middle of my ride to wipe the lens off! Fantastic! On a side note I also wore them for a run and had the same experience, they cut the glare, channeled the sweat and stayed in place. I definitely recommend a pair for all your sports activities.
These are the worst glasses. The lenses fall out and I had to glue them.
